LotsaDistortion Blanker

This is simply the coolest blanker module ever!
It is, I must admit, inspired by a similar (but
not as good :) blanker for Windoze. This one,
however, has more effects and is more configurable.
Some of them are based on physical and geometrical
models, while others are purely mathematical formulas.
Beware, however, that it uses quite a lot of memory
(especially with double buffering) and lots of
CPU power. Enjoy it!
